An 18-Year Old Boy Commits Suicide As Parents Didn’t Get Him A New Phone To Play PUBG
Everything has its pros and cons, right? The same scenario goes for the shooting game PUBG. This storm has taken a lot of teenagers with it. The game has badly affected a lot of people mentally. Here is another case that happened in Mumbai.
An 18-year-old boy in Mumbai allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself after his parents denied to buy a smartphone worth Rs 37,000, to play PUBG. According to reports, the teenager took a rope and hanged himself from the ceiling fan in the kitchen of his house. An accidental death has been registered by the police and further investigation is going on.
Recently, Google announced its annual list of Android’s best applications and games of 2018 and of course, PUBG Mobile won the awards in the ‘Best Game’, ‘Most Competitive Title’ and ‘Fan Favorite’ categories.
However, the game is proving to be a bad influence for the youngsters as they have started going violent. Some are thinking to vanish the game away. A few days ago, an 11-year-old student filed a petition in the Mumbai High Court to ban PUBG Mobile as it brings out aggression and violence.
